Ⅰ. Requirements
Gender : Male and female
Age : Under 45 years old
Education : Advanced diploma in nursing and above
Language : IELTS band 5 at least
Experience : At least 1 year relative nursing experience
Health : Healthy, no infectious disease or disease may affect nursing practice
Ⅱ. Process flow
1. Submit CV and required document
2. Interview by employer
3. Sign offer and employment agreement
4. Apply for work visa, fly to NZ, start work
5. May apply for PR, may apply for RN after obtaining IELTS 7 or OET B in all sub sections.
Ⅲ. Offer Package
1. Contract period: 2 years
2. Salary: depend on qualification, experience, language proficiency and interview assessment
3. Working hours: 32-40 hours/week, overtime to be paid according to the labor law in NZ or the policy of the employer.
4. Airfare, food and housing: bear by employee
5. Annual leave: 4 weeks, public holiday 10 days
